When we first came in contact with them we were in emergency mode to replace our dead phone system and networking equipment. Netgain walked us through every step of the way providing us with equipment and support that fit our company’s needs. We were able to transition over to a new phone system and managed equipment with no downtime. From the discovery process to final equipment installation, to support we feel comfortable and confident working with Netgain networks, unlike other companies we were in contact with, Netgain never tried to over sell us equipment or services that didn’t fit our needs.
