How to Setup Converged Phones

1.Click on Features

2.Click on Converged Phones

3.Click on Create Converged Phone

4.Click on External Number

5.Enter Outgoing Dialing Prefix: Most will enter 9
External Number: 1 Plus area code and number
Label: Enter a label for this phone
Click Save Converged Phone

6.Click on the green check mark to authorize the new phone

7.When your phone picks up enter the 4 digit code and press #

8.Your phone is now converged

To transfer to your converged phone use this call menu
From your desk phone press **2 and that will transfer to your cell phone or from your cell phone press **1 to transfer to your desk phone.
